Euphoria Strapless Dress

Brand new, without tags. I cut the tags off hoping I could wear it after a good diet + exercise regimen... Not happening 😅 It's been stored for a couple years, so pricing accordingly. Incredibly gorgeous dress with so much detail and movement, so I'm hoping someone can wear it and do it justice.
